Summary: The School Principal serves as the educational leader and administrative head of the school, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations, curriculum, staff, and student development. 1. Educational Leadership:
• Provide visionary leadership to the school, setting strategic goals and objectives aligned with the school's mission and educational standards.
• Develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote academic achievement and student success.
• Stay updated with educational trends, research, and best practices to enhance teaching and learning methodologies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among the staff.
2. School Administration:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective utilization of resources, budget management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-maintained learning environment.
• Establish and enforce disciplinary policies, ensuring a fair and respectful approach that promotes discipline and character development.
• Coordinate and oversee the school's assessment and evaluation processes to monitor student progress and improve instructional practices.
3. Staff Management and Development:
• Recruit, select, and retain qualified and dedicated teachers and support staff, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, promoting professional growth, fostering a positive work environment, and resolving conflicts as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff effectiveness.
• Plan and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance teaching strategies and educational practices.
4. Curriculum Development and Implementation:
• Collaborate with teachers and curriculum coordinators to develop a comprehensive and effective curriculum aligned with educational standards and goals.

Job Requirements
• A master's degree in education or a related field. A doctorate is preferred.
• A valid teaching license or certification.
• Proven experience in educational leadership or school administration, preferably as an assistant principal or principal.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional practices, and educational trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
