Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
1. Educational Leadership:

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence, character development, and the holistic growth of students.
• Lead curriculum development and implementation, ensuring adherence to national or international educational standards and best practices.
• Support and guide teachers in instructional strategies, assessment practices, and the integration of technology in teaching and learning.
2. Staff Management and Development:
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified and dedicated teaching and support staff for the primary division.
• Provide ongoing support, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to teachers, fostering their growth and instructional effectiveness.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for staff improvement and motivation.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work culture, promoting teamwork, professional learning communities, and effective communication.
3. Student Welfare and Support:
• Ensure the welfare, safety, and well-being of students within the primary division.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for student behavior management, discipline, and pastoral care.

4. Parent and Community Engagement:

5. Administrative Management:

Job Requirements
